All teachers at TCMS are required to have earned the minimum of a bachelor’s degree upon beginning employment at the school. Faculty members lacking teacher certification upon arrival at TCMS are required to enroll in a program designed to achieve Connecticut State Certification within three years. The Diocesan School Office provides teachers with opportunities for ongoing professional development
throughout the school year.
