ALL OF THE FOLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE APPLICATION PROCESS TO BE COMPLETE:
1. Out-of-System Students must complete the New Student Application for Admission Form and provide a $300.00 (non-refundable) Application Fee.
2. Release of Records to your child’s present school. We cannot accept any child without their academic records from their present school.
3. If applying for certified tuition rate, the Parish Certification Form must be submitted to the Pastor of your Parish.
4. Health records including up-to-date immunizations. State of Connecticut health form completed by your physician.
